## Executive Compensation Scraper

Scrapes executive compensation data from SEC DEF 14A proxy filings.

### What it does

1. Takes a list of stock tickers and years
2. Finds DEF 14A proxy filings on SEC EDGAR
3. Extracts the Summary Compensation Table
4. Returns structured executive compensation data
