Scraper for [leilaoimovel.com.br](https://www.leilaoimovel.com.br) — Brazil's largest auction property portal with 80,000+ listings from Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Itaú, Santander, and more.

### What it does

Extracts auction property listings with full details:

- **Title** — property type and location
- **Address** — full street address, neighborhood, CEP
- **Price** — auction minimum bid
- **Appraisal value** — original assessed value
- **Discount** — percentage below appraisal (e.g., 36%)
- **Modalities** — Financiamento, FGTS, Venda Online, 1º Leilão, 2º Leilão, etc.
- **Closing date** — auction end date/time
- **Image** — property photo
- **URL** — direct link to listing page
