Scrape manga metadata from MangaDex at scale via its open REST API. Search 92,000+ titles with filters for publication status and content rating — returns titles, descriptions, authors, artists, tags, cover art, ratings, and follows.

### What it extracts

- **Title** — main title plus alternative titles
- **Description** — English (or first available) synopsis
- **Authors & artists** — from MangaDex relationships
