Inclusive start date for the filing-date range. SEC's full-text search supports custom ranges going back to 2001.

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Inclusive end date for the filing-date range. Use a small window (1-3 months) for narrow research; the full year is fine for bulk pulls.

## `query` (type: `string`):

Optional keyword search across the filing's full text. Try a fund / GP name (e.g. 'Andreessen Horowitz'), a sector keyword ('biotech'), or a city ('Palo Alto'). Leave blank to pull every Form D in the date range.

## `maxFilings` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of Form D filings to return (1–2000). Each filing is a separate dataset row containing the parsed offering data.
