## Cian.ru Scraper

Scrape **Cian.ru**, Russia's leading real-estate marketplace. Search apartments, houses, land and commercial units for sale or rent, look up full listing details, fetch similar listings, agent profiles and their offers, residential-complex (ЖК) details, and resolve Russian locations to Cian region ids.

### What it does

- **🔎 Search Listings** — five auto-detected modes from one input box:

  - city / district / metro / street name (e.g. `Москва`, `Тверская, Москва`)
  - Cian region id (pure digits — resolve via the Autocomplete section)
  - coordinates `lat,lng` or `lat,lng,radius`
  - polygon `lon lat,lon lat,...`
  - any `cian.ru` search or offer URL

  Deal type, property type, rooms, price / area / floor / year filters, building material, sort order and pagination all apply.
- **🏠 Property Details** — auto-detects each input as an offer id (digits) or `cian.ru` URL; returns the full record (price, area, rooms, floor, building, photos, metro/geo, agent/owner contacts).
- **🔗 Similar Listings** — comparable offers for any Cian offer id.
- **👤 Agents** — for each agent/agency id: one profile row plus one row per active listing.
- **🏗️ New Buildings (ЖК)** — residential-complex details (name, status, completion year, address) by id.
- **🔍 Autocomplete** — resolve Russian location names to Cian region ids you can feed straight back into Search.

### Errors

- Failures land in the dataset as rows with `Mode = "ERROR"` and the upstream error message in `Title` — nothing is silently dropped.

## `search_inputs` (type: `array`):

Auto-detects each entry and routes to the right `/search/*` endpoint:

Each row is one full listing record (price, area, rooms, building, photos, metro/geo, agent/owner contacts).

## `similar_ids` (type: `array`):

For each Cian offer id, fetch comparable listings via `/similar/byid` (one row per similar offer).

## `agent_ids` (type: `array`):

For each Cian user/agency id, fetch `/agent/details` (one profile row) plus `/agent/offers` (one row per active listing). Agent ids appear in the `Agent / Owner` and `Raw` columns of search results.

## `newbuilding_ids` (type: `array`):

For each residential-complex id, fetch `/newbuilding/byid` (one row per ЖК: name, status, completion year, address). New-building ids appear in the `Raw` column of search results.

## `autocomplete_inputs` (type: `array`):

Resolve Russian location names to Cian region ids via `/autocomplete`. Each row carries the `Property ID` = region id you can feed back into the Search section's `byregionid` mode. Returns cities, districts, metro stations, and streets.

## `searchType` (type: `string`):

Sale or rent. Cian has no sold/closed listings.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

Which Cian category to search.

## `rooms` (type: `string`):

Comma-separated room counts for apartments: `1,2,3`. Also accepts `studio`, `free` (free layout), `6+`.

## `priceRange` (type: `string`):

Format: `min:5000000,max:15000000` — either half optional. Rubles.

## `totalAreaRange` (type: `string`):

Format: `min:40,max:80`.

## `floorRange` (type: `string`):

Format: `min:2,max:9`.

## `yearBuiltRange` (type: `string`):

Format: `min:2000,max:2024`.

## `houseMaterial` (type: `string`):

Comma-separated: `brick,monolith,panel` (also `block`, `wood`, `stalin`).

## `buildingStatus` (type: `string`):

Limit apartments to new construction or secondary market.

## `sortOrder` (type: `string`):

How to sort search results.

## `notFirstFloor` (type: `boolean`):

Exclude ground-floor listings.

## `notLastFloor` (type: `boolean`):

Exclude top-floor listings.

## `withPhoto` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings that have photos.

## `pages` (type: `integer`):

How many pages to fetch for each Search query (Cian serves ~28 listings per page).

## `resultCount` (type: `integer`):

Listings per page (Cian caps each page at 28). Also caps Similar and Agent-offers results.
