Stock Catalyst Scraper extracts recent public-company filing catalysts from SEC company submission feeds. It is built for users who need export-ready market research rows from ticker symbols, with direct source links and concise summaries for review workflows.

Enter a list of tickers and the actor returns recent filing signals such as current reports, quarterly and annual reports, registration statements, prospectus filings, insider ownership forms, proxy statements, and other catalyst-like public filings. The result is a clean dataset that can be filtered, exported, scheduled, or connected to downstream tools.
