Signals Collector Web collects public web/search evidence and converts it into structured B2B account-intelligence rows.

### Current status

This Actor is currently best used as a private/backend evidence layer for the Hero Suite. It can later become an Apify-native data product for growth engineers and RevOps teams.

For a company or target account, it collects public signals, maps them to HEART/JTBD-style dimensions, estimates persona relevance, and returns structured evidence rows.
