## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## Jotform Partner Directory Apify Actor

Scrapes Jotform's public Partner Directory listing and profile pages into structured partner lead records.

### What it does

- Collects partner cards from the public directory listing pages.
- Follows `?page=N` pagination automatically (11 pages, ~220 partners as of 2026-07-14).
- Enriches each partner from its own public profile page (tier, specialties, industries, location, languages, website).

### Use cases

1. Build a Jotform agency/reseller partner lead list for outreach and partnership research.
2. Filter partners by industry, specialty, or location for targeted business development.
3. Export a clean dataset of Jotform partners for sales, competitive research, or market analysis.

### Input

- `startUrls`: directory listing pages, pagination URLs, or direct profile URLs
- `maxItems`: maximum partner records to emit (default 100)
- `maxPages`: maximum listing pages to follow from any listing page (default 11)
- `delaySeconds`: polite pause between requests (default 1.2s)

### Output fields

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `partner_name` | Public partner/company name |
| `partner_tier` | Tier badge shown on the profile (e.g. Elite, Authorized, Gold, Partner) |
| `services` | Marketing/solution services offered |
| `specialties` | Listed integration/platform specialties |
| `industries` | Industries served |
| `locations` | City/region/country text shown on the profile |
| `languages` | Languages supported |
| `company_description` | About/description text |
| `profile_url` | Canonical Jotform directory profile URL |
| `contact_url` | Profile URL with the inline contact-form anchor (Jotform's contact form is embedded on the profile page, not a separate URL) |
| `website_url` | Partner's own website, when exposed |

### Example output

```json
{
  "partner_name": "Flourish Healthcare",
  "partner_tier": "Elite",
  "services": ["Consulting", "Strategy"],
  "specialties": [],
  "industries": ["Medical Health & Wellness", "Technology - Hardware & Storage"],
  "locations": "Ardmore, Pennsylvania",
  "languages": ["English"],
  "company_description": "Healthcare has transformed into a cloud-focused industry...",
  "profile_url": "https://www.jotform.com/partnership/partner-directory/flourish-healthcare/",
  "contact_url": "https://www.jotform.com/partnership/partner-directory/flourish-healthcare/#contact_form",
  "website_url": "https://flourish.healthcare/"
}
```

### Pricing

$6.00 per 1,000 results

Example costs:

- 100 results = $0.60
- 500 results = $3.00
- 1,000 results = $6.00
- 5,000 results = $30.00

### Notes

- Public HTML only, no login required.
- Uses a 1.2 second polite pause between requests by default.
- Works on listing pages and direct profile URLs.
