I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. And a human only appears once every five minutes you keep getting the same answers on the chat. They don’t have a phone number, unlike Lugmety. Who has amazing customer service and you can actually talk to someone. And even then they have no clue where my order went. They just sent me an order from a different restaurant.I have nothing to say about it . How is that even possible? And on the app? It says that my order was from the actual restaurant I ordered from.. the chat was continuously requesting that I sent them a picture of the wrong order and I was not available in-front of the order, so the robot kept sending me the same message again and again regardless of what I write it just keeps asking me for the picture again and agin at the end the robot just replied that they won’t refund me my order with the 20 Reyal compensation and what I really wanted is answers and customer service I don’t want the money!!! I want my order and an apology and i want customer service not a robochat!!! Lugmaty is the best!! I will never use this app that has no regard to its customers experience and needs

Worst customer service ever

I’ve used many apps worldwide and i haven’t encountered such a horrible experience ever before. I do not recommend it to anyone. Customer care is very unprofessional and disrespectful, they didn’t even address my complaint at all. First incident was when i ordered from the app 2 days ago and i put a note that i needed money change because i was paying in cash so during handing me my order, the driver didn’t give me all my change back, he decided to take money for himself and when i asked him for the rest of my money he lied to me and said he will be back and just left me, i tried to call him 3 times afterwards and he kept cancelling my call. I contacted customer service and i never got a reply back, i contacted the driver using a different phone number and he answered and he didn’t care at all when i told him that i was going to complain, he literally said “ yes you go do a complain” i couldn’t believe it!!!! Second incident happened yesterday when i received a wrong order, i contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the wrong order and they didn’t resolve the problem, they didn’t refund me back for the wrong order, i contacted 4 different customer service representatives and every time i asked what was going to happen next and when will the issue be resolved, they ended the chat and never replied to any of my questions. I will never be using this app again, besides according to their policy you should get the first 10 deliveries for free and in my case that never happened, i paid delivery for each order from day 1 of using the app. It’s a shame really

I placed an order. On the menu, there were options to select, such as “no cheese sauce”, “no bbq sauce”, “no special sauce”, etc. The options I selected were “no caramelized-onion sauce”, “no 1000 island sauce”, “no soya sauce”, “no ranch sauce”, which should be obvious to anyone with basic brain activity that I just don’t want those 4 sauces but the others would be fine. I received my order, I didn’t get any sauce. I contacted customer service and was lied to that I didn’t order any sauce. I thought I might have accidentally hit the “no sauce” option, but when I reviewed my order, I saw that I had just ordered to not include the 4 sauces I had specified. I contacted customer service again, the second agent spoke Arabic despite my default settings being in English. So I tried again. The rep told me that I didn’t order sauces. So I sent screenshots of the different options and told him that I never said “no cheese sauce” and my order doesn’t show “no cheese sauce”, so I should have had cheese sauce. The option for “no barbecue sauce” was never ticked, so I should have had bbq sauce. If a customer doesn’t tick the options to delete these things, why do we have to specify to keep these things on here when we are not selecting to have these items omitted? I tried a fourth and final time. After that, I’m done. I don’t care if they offer me 1000SAR credit. I’m done with Hunger Station. This was ridiculous. I have never had to fight over a food order before but if service is going to be this despicable, they lost my business forever.

انا كنت من اول الداعمين و المشتركين في هذا التطبيق عندما بدا قبل بضعة سنين. كان تطبيق مميز و لكن الان هو اسوا تطبيق على الاطلاق. تم حذف رقم التواصل ، لا يمكن التحدث مع خدمة العملاء و الطلبات دائما تصل متضررة او خاطئة. تحملت هذه الاشياء كثيرا. و لكن اليوم كانت القشة التي قصمت ظهر البعير. طلبت ب ١٨٠ ريال. وصلني الطلب الكيس ممزق من المندوب و الطعام متناثر في مركبته و متسخ و يحاول تجميعه و المشروبات مسكوبة تماما. وضعها على الباب و ذهب. لم استطع التواصل مع اي احد. و هذه ليست اول حادثة من هذا النوع ولكنها الاسوا و ستكون الاخيرة بالنسبة لي. بعد اشتراك اكثر من ٥ سنين سوف اقوم بحذف التطبيق و انصح الجميع بالابتعاد التام عنه. اي تطبيق اخر فيه احترام و تعامل مع العميل افضل بكثير . هذا النوع من التطبيقات يستحق ان تحقق فيه وزارة الصحة و غيرها من الجهات المختصة و المعنية.The worst app ever. It deteriorated so much. No customer support, no way to write a complaint or even speak to anyone. Food is always wrong/damaged/dirty and late and there’s nothing i could do about it. They just take your money and virtually block you. I’ve used it for years and I’ll never ever use it again. I’ll delete this app and hopefully some health inspection institute will investigate them. It’s a hazardous app and full on scam of your money. I don’t know any of you, but I genuinely hope you heed this comment and get as far as you can away from this app
