I called Apple support this morning and spoke to an amazing gentleman named Anthony. I was enquiring about a past generation Apple TV remote and he helped me so much with trying to find it and it made my day. I would highly recommend to use Apple support for anything regarding there devices they are amazing. I did also have a little joke around about with the Apple TV remote about how much easier it would be if it had find my phone/device on it and the lovely gentleman Anthony said it’s a great idea and I should write a review. Have a great day Apple and Anthony 😊
Apple or SCAM??

I have use Apple products for over 20 years because it was supposed to be “simple” and “secure”. The last few IOS updates on ALL my Apple devices (iPhone, IPad AND both my Macs) since the COVID era circa 2020 have resulted in absolute MAYHEM, every time. After endless attempts over the years to get it sorted myself by following the advice on their forums, I have given up and contacted Apple via the phone. I spent 2 hours with one of the “senior” advisors trying to rid my phone of “system data ghost files”, which were making it IMPOSSIBLE to use for ANY tasks. I had to give permission to random “engineers” from Russia (!!!) to access my phone and my computer. The issue never got resolved, and now both my phone and even my computer are COMPLETELY out-of-use. I’m literally stuck, with no way of opening even the most basic of apps (like my emails and messages) - but MOST importantly, I’m unable to access the weather and state emergency apps: and, right now, this could LITERALLY cost me my home and my safety, as we have an actual Catastrophic Fire Emergency in the area nearby. I am so disappointed and furious, that I truly will be abandoning Apple / selling on my Apple products as soon as I’ve resolved the IOS issues (when the fire danger is over).
Apple is not open to feedback.

I sent a number of complaints about how Apple is advertising their headphones as hearing aids and watch’s as emergency health devices then using software updates to make their obsolete with software updates. The latest IOS 26 bricked my watch and slowed down my phone to the point it is no longer reliable. They also made all their phones smaller so if I did “ upgrade” it’s actually a downgrade unless I buy a pro max which is unaffordable. I have been with apple since the first iPhone but I can no longer afford it. I got a new watch, it’s scratches so easily compared to the old one. My iPhone 15 also scratch scratches so easily compared to the old ones.I complained over the phone and in writing and no one responded, despite numerous follow-ups and following their processes. They also make their complaints process as prohibitive and difficult as possible to avoid dealing with them. Apple has lost sight of their customers needs. I’ll be slowly moving everything away from them. And when I say everything I mean all 7 devices, my husband’s five device devices, and my mum’s three devices. So it will only cost them, but they don’t care.
Utterly disappointed

The Apple support people have always been wonderful . Unfortunately for years I blindly trusted Apple with everything . If I messed up I could always rely on support for support . Late Jan I lost my phone and I could not remember my Apple ID password . I had always trusted that apple would be able to help me out in such a situation . We place so much blind faith in them . For the first time I did not have insurance and I had to find almost a $1000 for a basic new iPhone . To my horror I had to create a new Apple ID . We pay the premium because our lives get bound to our iClouds. For the next month I try to take out Apple care . Meanwhile apple accepted 7 payments for subscriptions that are linked to my original Apple ID . They can’t reset my password but they can take my money even though they are aware that I can’t get access to my old Apple ID . My credit card can only be linked to one Apple ID . I can not use it on my current Apple ID . Which means that I can not pay for my Apple Care insurance until Apple is able to unlink my credit card from the Apple ID I can’t access because I forgot my password and I lost my phone .
