Support App succeeded in helping me to obtain refund from Apple thanks to a call back from a very helpful Apple Customer Service agent, when the online Request A Refund submission denied my initial refund request.I paid for an app hosted in the App Store which would not allow me to use its Paid for features and kept kicking me back to its Free version which formed the basis for my refund request in the first instance. Unfortunately, the only way to determine that the Paid for version of the app purchased was to actually attempt to use the app as the developer intended it to be used and this presumably goes against Apple’s Conditions for Refund, which meant Apple turned down my Refund request.I contacted the Paid for app developer - the very reputable EA [games developers/manufacturers] - to report the problem and they thanked me for my report submission and told me that they would not respond to my bug report. So Apple refused my refund request and EA weren’t any great help at all, so how could I obtain refund of the £5.99GBP paid for the Scrabble app purchased in the App Store??I stumble across this EXCELLENT Apple Support app which I installed, entered the issue I was having into it and within seconds I was given an Apple case ID number and a callback from the aforementioned Customer Service agent who, after a few minutes chat outlining the issue was able to confirm that I would in fact be given the £5.99GBP Refund that had been denied to me by Apple using its own online Refund Request procedure. #HappyDays! So, IMHO this Support app has been IMMENSELY USEFUL and I am so happy that it succeeded where other Apple procedures failed me. 👏😉👏😉👏😉

Ranking of all Apple products in the Apple Store says it all. 3 ⭐️ for Apple Health. It’s your own products guys and you can’t make it work? Today I tried to track my sleep and it turned out that iPhone doesn’t track your sleep habits any more (!!! Attention, any more. It was tracking but then they decided that they can make more on it and cancelled the functionality) because with the new Software they made function available for Apple Watch users only. Meaning, as a customer you are not only left with no choice, you are forced to live their way together WITH JEOPARDISING YOUR HEALTH! And that’s within the Health app functionality )) Nonsense! It’s not just the greed what turns away from the company who is quite a monopolist on the market because I’m sure there are new tech companies who could do better, but the level of carelessness they have for the human health. AirPods never should existed! They are extremely bad for your brain and health. Wearing an Apple Watch (let’s ignore the fact that it’s ugly for me), especially sleeping in it, it’s awful for your health. Even using their phone is crucial and their own representatives confirm that multiple times. Ever since Jobs was out they broke promises, quality went down and just their work ethic, best example that society is degrading. And it’s all together with the fact that you pay £1300 per gadget which has more bugs on it than the Universe has molecules. Even the fact that the customers like me exist, who has list of at least 100 unfair and illogical rules they created AGAINST the customer tells more about the company that needed.
WHERE IS THE HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT - BE WARNED
Man with slow internet
Recently I made a purchase online using Apple Pay, at the end of the transaction I was told that the payment was unsuccessful, knowing that I had sufficient funds and that I had used Apple Pay many times in the past I tried again and again but without success so I tried to pay just with my visa direct but it still would not go through, I then checked my credit cards to discover that the card tied to Apple Pay had authorised FIVE payments without any secondary checks with me, as the payments were shown with my card provider as pending I tried to cancel them only to be told that this couldn’t be done as payment with a credit card was a guaranteed payment, so Apple Pay let me down, my card provider let me down and it was left to me to sort out, eventually I got the store to reimburse me it seemed that there was a problem with their modem going offline but at the end of the day an unsuccessful payment is exactly that and if I was told it had not gone through then I should have been safe in the knowledge that my money was safe when in fact it was far from it thanks to the incompetence of Apple and my card company.
What a surprise…
down hill apple
Well well , I had a feeling this was a fake app when I contacted them through the app to report a problem and the message set up was not quite right . Long story short it was a bot messaging me not a person and the big give away was the messages was not coming through on I message just normal sms. I have since tried to report this app to apple and guess what there is no record of me ever downloading it. I’ve got the receipt number on my phone to prove it . Wake up apple ur so called invisible iOS is not so? Trying to report or get advice is like pulling hens teeth. They don’t want to know and call you all sorts as iOS can’t be hacked? I beg to differ . My phone is is totally under the control of someone. And before u say back up and restore, i can’t back up it won’t back up at all. It says it backed up then when I check the back up it’s 100k data when it should be like 15G Looks like I’m going have to start from scratch again and set up another Apple ID . It will be my 4th in 2 years .Thanks for the support apple . Since Mr Jobs has passed away the company has deteriorated badly, I’m going back to a Nokia 3310 .
