If your on the edge of deciding weather to give this app a try then let me tip you over the line..there’s just no words in my vocabulary I could possibly use to emphasise just how good this CAD program is..there’s nothing out there that comes even close to rivalling what you can do with this app, say goodbye to PC’s and expensive laptops as you can do everything you could dream of on this app, design 3D drawings to precise specs with ease of use too, allows quick modelling and a huge array of tools to use that you wont find on any other CAD app..there’s none that allows you to destroy scratch all the way through and with a pen or mouse and trackpad, after all is complete you can send the files off as your proffered format ..Stl etc..then you can convert to 2D drawings with one click boom hours of time saved, it then allows you to click and drag every dimension you could think off and change to proffered size, and now you can even annotate the drawing to label all the insides of a component up..it’s breathtaking if your into CAD work, all this is portable you could sit next to the job on a site if you needed and quickly draw it up while your team waits one sit in an office comfy making a real quality job of it..give it a try you wont be disappointed and I recommend just being pro straight off it’s the best and things as good as this costs money to make so well and they update regular with things that’s keep getting better

I have never been able to think in 3D, and my drawing was pretty bad. This app is a revelation. Simple designs can be made in just a few minutes by almost anyone, and 3D printed a short time later as prototype or even real solution. Easy to render good images of your ideas too with the Visualisation tool. Export to other file formats is excellent so you can send to most manufacturing companies from high end to low end. The new history-based parametric modelling looks incredible giving additional flexibility to go back to an earlier part of the design, make a few changes and have that propagate through.I use it on Mac and iPad with Pencil. The latter is the best (though a larger iPad is helpful due to the number of tools etc). I’m looking forward to the VisionPro version! Compared to Solidworks or Fusion360 this has a much lower learning curve - with some great video resources out there - highly recommended to spend a couple of hours viewing some of these.I’d also like to point out the GREAT support. I’ve only had a couple of questions but these have been answered in less than a couple of hours with positive responses. I pay more for this app than any other, though by other standards not a lot. But it’s simply outstanding and getting better every release.
Useless tutorials.

At the very beginning I told the app had no experience of CAD. I was offered two tutorials to select from. I picked the one on the right. It started at a reasonable pace, soon this picked up to a pace I could not follow. That is what the pause button is for, so I employed it. Then the instructor started changing menus. Slow down, how did you do that? No idea, no hint given. The pencil did something to the left of the screen. After drawing lots of lines and arks the menu changed. How did I do that? Then a few seconds later I am told to “select all three circles” and press =. Where is equals? No idea. Only after replaying two or three times did I spot that he had sneakily changed menus on me again. When I tried the equals was grayed out. When I selected the 3 circles the menu on the left reverted and the one on the right vanished.Maybe I had chosen the wrong one of the two tutorials. Perhaps the other one contained the information I needed. I tried to go back to where I had chosen. No way, that would be far to simple. I found other tutorials. No way could I get back to the one I was doing. Nor could I re open the video for the tutorial.Having become frustrated to the point where I cannot take in the information, even if It could be found, my next action will be to delete this app. In the time I have wasted here, I could have drawn what I need to convey on paper, scanned it and sent it.If you want to attract people like me as potential customers sack the people who put your tutorials together and get someone who can put themselves in the position of a total newcomer to CAD, to write tutorials for you, that can be followed. You have blown your chance with me.
