idk who put these policies, but definitely they ruined ur app HelloTalk, it was one of my fav language apps but now it is THE WORST.I don’t recommend anyone to download it here is why:1- 99% of the community in the app are NOT for learning, they are there for catfishing people and dating2- HelloTalk policy, they will BLOCK u for life if u deleted ur account multiple times (idk why u added this policy, u can cheat the user experience from famous social media apps ,they will never block u for such a reason.3- If u travel to another country, they will change ur native language, LIKE HELLOTALK,HELLO???😂

They have enforced a new policy where your native language has to match your nationality which obviously makes no sense they haven’t been helpful and i am furious i have been using the app to document my travels and now that i’ll have to delete my account i’n going to lose them all Bottom line is if i could give it zero stars i would

Worst experience ever. They will block your account for any stupid reason, and then you will lose all your language friends. And they keep replying with the same copy paste replies, no one try to help.How are you going to help? I’ve been sending you emails since 2023 and receiving the same copy paste replies. Even your email is useless.
