Please shorten sleep time expectations for children.

My main complaint about this game is that it expects me to sleep for 11 hours. (I’m 14) it’s so annoying that I can never get one hundred percent and that my Pokemon stay tired the whole day, I have quite a lot of problems with sleep so currently I’m not able to sleep for 11 hours, I’m still having problems getting 8, and they expect me to get 11? I get that cause I’m a child I should get a good night's rest but it’s just really annoying to never be able to get 100 percent. I also find it a bit annoying that I can’t listen to my own music on my phone while in the app as it helps me sleep, and well their calming sounds or whatever they call it get quite annoying after a while. But basically, I wish they made it so everyone needs 8 hours to have 100 percent, or that maybe they make you put in how long you usually sleep for so they can base it off of that. Also, I befriended more than five Pokemons but they don’t appear on my island thing and so it would also be nice if they could make an option where you could choose which Pokemon to have there, and if that already is an option they should make it easier to find. But other than that it’s an enjoyable game, I enjoy seeing how long I slept and seeing all the new Pokemons I get. This is just my personal opinion. And please keep in mind I am a child writing this, so sorry for any writing mistakes or if I wrote something you thought was dumb.

Har vært en Sleep cycle bruker i en lengre periode, da jeg syns det er interessant å se på eget søvnmønster og statistikk, så tenkte jeg skulle prøve ut denne (90’ kid vettu) men ble fort nedtur. Bruker ofte å sovne til en podcast eller sette på en litt halvt uinteressant YouTube video for å lettere sovne, men det tillot ikke pokemon Sleep. Den bare drepte all medie lyd for å kunne kjøre. Den kan heller ikke synce mot Apple Watch, slik at jeg blir nødt til å ha telefonen ulåst oppi senga for at den skal registrere korrekt. Med Sleep cycle kan jeg låse telefonen å legge den på nattbordet, med podcast som spiller av i bakgrunnen, så fortsetter nok å bruke denne
