Many times tried, never received call from Apple support while being abroad. Warning!If you have two numbers in your phone and change location in Support app to much the foreign location you are actually at, you will reach the local Apple support. But that will also change you location (country) in your Apple’s account settings. And you will wait a year to change it back. Very poor design of this app.

It’s very nice that you were able to develop dedicated application “Support” but not being able to implement “cancel” feature for the Apple Care+ subscription. It’s ridiculous how easy is to buy it and now to cancel I have to use PHONE number, to call somewhere. Truly biggest and the richest company in the world.

It is impossible to contact apple and resolve an issue. I have wasted more than two hours and couldn't find any options except contact support in Polish. Unfortunately I cannot speak Polish and it is really strange there is no English or email option. What people silent people should do?Looks awful

Funny story: after opening it shows me the banner to open the app, not the website. Maybe that's why the contact options are just frozen and I can't get the support. Good job! Make the support app not work = don't have to support the users :).
