What we love: The app’s Training Readiness Score. It weighs your training load (how hard and how long you’ve been working out recently) alongside your sleep data, resting heart rate, and other stats to show when to push, when to pause, and when to rest.

Track your training goals and toggle between metrics on the Progress tab (left), or go deep into each workout, seeing your gains by week, month, or year.

Quick tip: Set training goals across dozens of workout types. Cyclists can chase elevation or power zones, weight lifters can target training load or heart rate, and runners can push pace or duration. Visit the Progress tab and tap the plus sign.
