The Engage database stores information about ASA-recognized groups, Club Sports, and student government groups, including:
- President and Treasurer name and information
- Officers email list (this is how the ASA contacts your group)
- Web page URL
- Constitution URL
- Reservation signatory list
- Financial signatory list
- Office access list
- Shared storage access list
Engage is routinely used by MIT administrative offices and the ASA Executive Board. It is imperative that you keep your group’s information updated.
Accessing the Database
You can access your group’s page from the Engage homepage. You can also access other features such as searching and group listing.
