At times melancholy and melodic, and at others beautifully harsh and noisy, Strangely soothing and nostalgic at the same time. The specters start as little irregularities and grow to be voluble soloists. Auratic alchemy. The perfect accompaniment to an urban dérive through your city or an evening of improvised ritual procedures with your circle of initiates.

Just like a perspective altering encounter with some unaccountable cryptid, I have very quickly developed an unwholesome obsession for this project... It is exhilarating, strange, threatening and… kind of jazzy!? Going to keep it in rotation until I spot something big and hairy for myself.

Demonic, lively, filled with a peculiarly evil kind of joyfulness. This release is "charming" in the fullest, darkest sense of the word. You feel like you are being pulled into the everyday happenings of a completely haunted society: dead men in backyards, flying ointments and hateful sunsets. There is a kind of directness to the melodies here that almost seems to invoke strange, nightmarish versions of old folksong MIDI files you might have found online in the 90s.
