But I am wondering the same. How often he had to run the same command and how long to find the right prompt

Why?
I like to pay for the services I use. They go out of business if I don’t.
Because firefox still has no proper pwa support

Why I switched to NixOS (And why you should, too)
Now, I think NixOS is not a good option for you if you: just want things to work fast
Cool app!
It’s sad. I am “transitioning” according to the app because my score is at 53% …
ARTE, ZDF, …, ARD, my bank, train app, are all without open source alternative. Even though all of them are funded with my money

In the case of arts. Arts is the transmitter of the message “human’s have rights”. Usually art also depicts some sort of human right, like freedom.
I am not sure how this can be applied to code. There are some projects that use a ukrainian flag to indicate support for ukraine. Is that what you mean by that?
I think code should be free of politics. I don’t want my tennis club to support human rights either. I want to play tennis, not make politics.

What do you mean by giving too much power to corporations?

Imo, “being against corporations” doesn’t make sense in this regard unless you are very very far left and think that there should be no private property at all.
Edit:
In short: do you want to add labels to software to indicate
How can software be pro human rights?
What’s your problem with corporations, in case you really think that there should be no property?

I love flatpaks and your attitude

Graphene sagt dass der hardware hersteller nicht bestimmen soll welche software darauf läuft

Even if we get a linux phone in 5 or 10 years, its features and app support will be so boring that it’s just not a real alternative. Even today it’s hard for open source apps to compete with proprietary apps. There’s so much that we abstain from just because we insist on freedom

Sehe ich auch so. Das ist das was grapheneos auch gesagt hat.

Graphene doesn’t say it’s not open source. Graphene critizes that the manufacturer decides what operating system the user may use.

Auch wenn es nicht perfekt ist, dann ist es immerhin einmal eine alternative zu google, oder?

What file type are you looking to compress? mp3? opus? flac?
What did you use to compress videos (photos) without noticable loss? What type was it before and after?
What is your quality requirement? Do you want low, good or high quality?

It seems that canonical does not change their view about their decisions, why should anyone else change their view about canonical?

That is horrible

Osmand has a very bad search function - or very good, it returns exactly what you look for and nothing else.
Sometimes you have to look it up somewhere else, add it to osm and be happy that the person after you can find it.

Wen interessieren fakten?
I use it for a couple of years. It’s great. Pixel pros have a great camera quality and they run everything smoothly. With graphene, you are more under control of your phone than before.
