Meet Randy Woodley and Edith Woodley
Edith and Randy Woodley are co-founders of Eloheh Indigenous Center for Earth Justice and Eloheh Farm & Seeds; a community, a ceremonial grounds, a learning center, and a regenerative teaching farm near Yamhill, Oregon. Edith is a member of the Eastern Shoshone tribe, having been raised on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. She has a degree from Bacone Indian College. Randy was raised near Detroit, Michigan and is a Cherokee descendent recognized by the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma. Randy serves as Distinguished Professor of Faith and Culture at Portland Seminary and has written numerous books. His expertise has been sought in national venues such as Time Magazine, The Huffington Post and Christianity Today. The Woodleys have been involved in serving Indigenous people and mentoring Indigenous leaders and others, for over three decades. They are known for speaking truth in love to power on matters of concerning American culture, faith/spirituality, justice, race/diversity, regenerative farming, our relationship with the earth and Indigenous realities.
