what specific agile practices did your team follow and did they approve the delivery of your project?

sure, i worked on several agile teams, that one project stands out was a web application we build for internal use at my previous company, we follow the scrum as our agile framework, we worked in two-week sprints, hold daily standups, and conducted sprint planning, sprint reviews, restrospective regularly. one agile practice that helped us was story point estimation using planning poker, that ensured the whole team understood the scope of work and contributed to more accurate sprint planning.

we also use a product backlog managed by our product owner and maintain it through frequent backlog fefinement sessions, which helped the team stay aligned with business priorities, what made agile so effective for us was the frequent feedback loop

every two weeks, we deliver a working increment and got feedback from stakeholders early, these help us adapt quickly and avoid building unnecessay features.
