Step 1: Define Logical Systems in Both SAP Systems
- Go to SALE → Basic Settings → Logical Systems.
- Define logical system names for both sender and receiver systems.

Step 2: Create an RFC Destination
- Go to
SM59→ Create a new RFC destination (Type:3for ABAP Connection). - Enter the Target System Details (Hostname, System Number, Client, and User Credentials).
- Test the connection using the Connection Test.

Step 3: Define and Assign Customer Distribution Model
- Go to
BD64→ Create a new model (e.g.,MATMAS_SYNC). - Add a new entry for:
- Sender System: Source SAP system.
- Receiver System: Target SAP system.
- Message Type:
MATMAS.
Step 4: Configure Partner Profile in WE20
- Under Partner Type LS (Logical System), create a new entry.
- Assign the Partner Role, Message Type (MATMAS), and IDoc Type (MATMAS05 or MATMAS04).
- Set the output mode (
ImmediateorBatch Processing).
