本文作者总结了过去一年中个人成长的经验教训，包括不自我怀疑、认真对待每项任务及从他人角度评估自己等，并提出了新的一年目标，如积累项目管理经验、细致工作、抓住学习机会等。
Every New Year Day's EVE, I always reviewed what happen in past 12 month, and set a few important goals in coming 12 month.
What I learn in Last 12 Month
1. Do not and never do suspect myself. whatever tough difficulties, hopeless position etc.
2. Be very very carefully do each task, even it is a quite small task.
3. Evaluate myelf from others' points of view. it is clearly to known what aspects need to be improve.
My strength: Communication skill and learning skills. then planing skill
weekness: experience
In summary, Most of goals I achieved my goals in 2008.
What I expect in 2009
1. Project management competency/expericence need to be accumulated
2. I will be meticulous in my work
3. Catch every chances to learn knowledge. Do not waste any time.
4. Good Luck to Me, Lover , Relative, Friends in 2009!!
