     About C# ,There are two DataType:ValType and RefType.
     Before Learn these dataType,we shoule know the diffenerce between Heap and stack.
     VarType data will be Saved into Stack.If do this,there are some excellences:
    first, once your Var has been used, the space can be released on time.
     second.The speed of saving and releasing is faster.
     Third.If you give the Var a to b,The b will get the Copy of this a. That means,when you change the value about a,this change are  unacted on b.
     These VarType include int,float,bool,struct and so on.

    RefType Data will be saved into Heap. The space will be distribed by CLR(.net Environment ) ,Don't like the VarType, If you give the RefType a to RefType b,The b will get the address of this a,They (a and b) point at the same space.If you change a,you change the b at the same time.
    RefType Include Class,array.string and so on...
