使用命令：pip install chardet 

错误提示：WARNING: The repository located at pypi.douban.com is not a trusted or secure host and is being ignored. If this repository is available via HTTPS we recommend you use HTTPS instead, otherwise you may silence this warning and allow it anyway with '--trusted-host pypi.douban.com'.
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement chardet (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for chardet
WARNING: The repository located at pypi.douban.com is not a trusted or secure host and is being ignored. If this repository is available via HTTPS we recommend you use HTTPS instead, otherwise you may silence this warning and allow it anyway with '--trusted-host pypi.douban.com'.

 解决办法：进去C盘的pip目录：C:\Users\23533\AppData\Roaming\pip

 如果有些文件夹没找到，可以把选中隐藏的项目和文件扩展名打开，如果pip文件夹下有pip.ini的配置文件的话可以直接打开然后输入以下：

timeout = 60
index-url = https://pypi.douban.com/simple/
trusted-host = https://pypi.douban.com

 如果没有该配置文件，可以自己创建一个，文件扩展名的后缀一定要为.ini。
