本文记录了在Oracle RAC环境中安装过程中遇到的问题及解决方案，包括AttachHome失败、dbca错误处理等，并分享了如何通过手动命令解决节点间文件同步不一致等问题。

Remote 'AttachHome' failed on nodes:'rac2'.
Refer to '/homo/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2012-07-14_09-01-51AM.log' for details.
You can manualy re-run the following command on the failed nodes after the installation:
/u01/app/oracle/product/10g/db/oui/bin/runInstaller -attachHome -noClusterEnabled ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/10g/db ORACLE_HOME_NAME=OraDb10g_home2 CLUSTER_NODES=rac1,rac2 "INVENTORY_LOCATION=/home/oracle/oraInventory" LOCAL_NODE=<node on which command is to be run>

/u01/app/oracle/product/10g/db/oui/bin/runInstaller -attachHome -noClusterEnabled ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/10g/db ORACLE_HOME_NAME=OraDb10g_home2 CLUSTER_NODES=rac1,rac2 "INVENTORY_LOCATION=/home/oracle/oraInventory" LOCAL_NODE=rac2
以oracle用户执行了上面的命令之后，提示如下：
No pre-requisite checks found in oraparam.ini, no system pre-requisite checks will be executed.
'AttachHome' was successful.

在RAC 上dbca时，报错：
ORA-15032：not all alterations performed
ORA-15017: diskgroup "ASMDATA" can no be mounted
ORA-15030: diskgroup name "ASMDATA" is in use by another diskgroup
检查发现：
[root@rac1 pfile]# ll
total 8
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 1122 Jul 14 08:51 init.ora
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 1129 Jul 13 08:34 init.ora.614201285134
[root@rac1 pfile]#

[root@rac2 pfile]# ll
total 8
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 1122 Jul 14 08:51 init.ora
[root@rac2 pfile]#
在rac2节点上少一个文件，将此文件从节点1拷贝到节点2上相同的目录下后，再mount，mount上了。
