PREP: 15 seconds, SPEAK: 45 seconds.

框架：

Main Point	"I agree/disagree with the idea that.." "I prefer." "I think it is preferable to... "
Transition (optional)	"I feel this way for two reasons."
First Reason+Detail	"First.." + "For example. . (and a personal example)
Second Reason+Detail	"Second..."+ "To be specific.." (and an elaboration)

（框架的作用是为了防止忘记答题点）

注意项：

禁止重复
使用逻辑连接词
使用较少连词
不要抄袭题目
看情况使用谚语
