We know that the Universe is indeed flat (Ω =1), and that it is composed of 68.3 per cent dark energy, 26.8 per cent cold dark matter, and just 4.9 per cent baryonic matter, the stuff we are made of. The value of the Hubble parameter today is 67.23 km per second per Megeparsec, and the age of the Universe is very close to 13.8 billion years (certainly no less than 13.79 billion years and no more than 13.81 billion years).
