Deliberately inhale. Slowly. Through your nose. Feel your chest and belly expand.

Hold

At the top of your breath, pause. Just for a second. This is you, present, aware, alive.

Release

Exhale slowly through your mouth. Let everything go. Tension. Thoughts. Time.

Repeat

Do it again. And again. Each breath is a choice. Each choice is freedom.
