I am glad I poked around, I did not even know Wovenhand released some “new” material! I can happily say that DEE maintains the hazy, billowing enchantment which I saw at Fire in the Mountains and got me into his music. I love the sound of his voice echoing through the crags of the musical mountains they conjure. A truly iconic vibe of spiritualist mystical hard country. This album felt like it had a harder rock edge with almost industrial elements, which was an interesting flavor.
