The tack swap begins at 9am and ends at 3pm, vendor set up is at 8am. Will you be staying the entire time or half day? *

What items will you be bringing? Please bring equine/barn related items (buckets, saddle stands, saddles, tack, equine vacuumes, etc.) You can also bring dog/pet items. You may be vague in your description. *

While it is possible we have some, please plan on bringing your own table. It is possible we will have none. Do you have a fold out table? *

Cash on arrival (I understand if I do not have cash at the time of arrival I will be denied a spot. I will bring the exact amount.)

You will receive an email from untequestrian@gmail.com will all of the information regarding set up! The proceeds from this event will 100% go to the University of North Texas Equestrian team. You will either pay in cash or online to secure your spot. Our President, Abigail Sawyer, will take the funds and deposit them at our Rec Center to be put in our club's account. This is because we are not allowed to have an online payment method linked to UNT. More information will be given in the email.

Once deposited, our President will receive a receipt from the rec similar to one at a restaurant. Do you want a picture of a receipt to the Recreational Sports department at the University of North Texas?
