"Summary" Tab

1. Shows a condensed summary of your outreach process

2. You do not need to touch cells in this tab, as it will populate as you input your progress in the "Outreach" tab

3. Column "C" shows totals for each step in the process

a. Use "Ctrl + Left Open Bracket" when having selected any cells in column "C3:C15" to navigate to where formula is derived

b. C3:C15 uses a simple "COUNTA" formula to count the number of populated corresponding cells in each column in the "Outreach" tab

4. Row 17 tracks four key categories

a. Using a simple "IF" function beginning in row 18, this will populate down as you fill your progress in the "Outreach" tab

b. Simply deselect blanks from the dropdown filter in row 17 if you would like to see a condensed summary of your progress (see screenshot on right)

1. Input your contacts and progress in this tab as shown in the example in row 3

2. Expand columns "I:N" to add additional contacts for each firm if needed

3. Column "B" contains 100 of the top middle-market, lower middle-market, and boutique investment banks for you to utilize

a. Note: you can add new firms to the list as you progress and it will populate in the "Summary" tab automatically

4. Follow the example layed out in row 3 as you populate your contacts and log your progress

a. Note: row 3 is only an example (this is not a real contact at this company)

5. Note: these columns are linked to the summary tab, and so changing column names will change the steps in your process
