Terms & Conditions
HOW DO I GET A COMMISSION?• First, send me a message via DM on my social media with the type of commission you want, or purchase one via Ko-Fi. Don’t forget to add a detailed description of what you want (character, pose, clothes, background, mood, etc).
• If you want a drawing of your OCs, please send me a reference. You can also send references about the kind of pose or appearance you want. That will help me to do a better job!!
• If you want me to use other people's art inside the drawing, show me proof of permission, like screenshots or a link to the artist's Terms & Conditions.
• You’ll receive updates on every step (sketch, lineart, color), so you can check your drawing and ask me for changes or corrections. (More info below)
• In the end, you'll receive via email a JPEG or PNG image on A4 size. If you want any other specific size, please let me know before I start working.

_____________________________________________CONDITIONS FOR USE• All commissions are meant FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• You can use it for profile pictures and banners for social media, as well as gifts.
• All commissions will have my signature and watermark.
• If you share your commission on social media, please tag me or give me proper credit.
• All commissions are meant for NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
• Commissions can’t be used by anyone for merchandising, promotion for another product, or any other commercial use.
• If you want me to draw something for your business, we can come to an agreement via email.
• You cannot resell, trace, copy, or claim the commission as yours.
• All commissions will be shared on my own social media and tagged as such. If you don’t want to be mentioned as the client, please let me know.
_____________________________________________TIME• The waiting time to receive your finished commission is an estimated 1-3 weeks. It will depend on its complexity, the changes you make, or other commissions in the waiting list.
• In case I need a little more time to finish, I’ll let you know.
• In case I have to delay your commission for more than two months due to personal reasons, I’ll give you a 20% discount on the final price. For three months, it will be 30% and so on.
_____________________________________________PAYMENT• 50% of the payment is required to confirm your commission. You’ll receive the finished work after the full payment is made.
• If you cancel before the work is finished, you don’t need to pay the remaining 50%.
• There are no refunds.
For commissions via Ko-Fi:
• You have to make the full payment first.
• If you cancel before the coloring process, I’ll refund you 50% of the final price.
• If you cancel during the coloring process, there will be no refunds.
_____________________________________________CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS• You can make a max. of 2 changes or corrections during the sketch process.
• You can make a max. of 2 small changes or corrections after the sketch process, like color or minor details.
• Any extra changes will have an extra cost of 15% each.
• Any big change like anatomy, poses, clothes, or backgrounds will have an extra cost of 50% after the sketch process.
