Payment & Cancellation Policy

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following payment and booking policies:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all daycare reservations unless you are a regular daycare attendant. 
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to drop-off.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop off time.
• No-shows or last minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• No shows or same day cancellations are non-refundable.
• Payment is due as agreed (daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)
• Services may be suspended if payment is not received on time.
• I understand that failure to follow payment policies may result in cancellation of services.

Daycare Policies Agreement

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following daycare policies for Tasha's Pet Care:

Health & Vaccination Requirements

• All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.
• Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and ticks.
• Owners must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns prior to attendance.
• Dogs showing signs of illness may be sent home immediately for the safety of others.

 

Behavior & Temperament

• All dogs must be friendly and able to socialize safely with other dogs and people.
• Aggressive behavior (biting, snapping, excessive dominance) will result in immediate removal from daycare.
• I understand that group play involves natural canine behavior and minor incidents may occur.

 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

•  Drop-off and pick-up times must be respected.
• Late pick-ups may result in an additional fee.
• Owners must notify in advance if schedules change.

 

Feeding & Personal Belongs

• Owners must provide food if their dog requires meals during daycare.
• Personal items (toys, beds, etc.) are allowed but not guaranteed to be returned in perfect condition.
• Daycare is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

Health & Emergency Care

• In the event of an emergency, I authorize Tasha's Pet Care to seek veterinary care.
• Every effort will be made to contact the owner before treatment.
• Owners are responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred.

Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in daycare involves inherent risks.

I agree to release and hold harmless Tasha's Pet Care, its owner, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages unless caused by gross negligence.
