what is proxy and how to find one

So i live in unsupported country, and need to use VPN everytime i want to listen music.
Its proton VPN, but when I change tracks, its not immediate.

How do I find free proxies, that I can use, and put it in this app, as : host:port

Using a Proxy

If OpenTune is not available in your country, you can configure a proxy instead of using a VPN.

1. Open Content Settings

Tap your profile picture and open Settings.

3. Open Content

Navigate to Content.

4. Enable Proxy & Select Proxy Type

Choose one of the following:

• SOCKS (recommended)
• HTTP

6. Get a Free Proxy

You can find public proxies from:

SOCKS proxies
HTTP/HTTPS proxies

7. Enter the Proxy Address

Copy the proxy IP and port from the list and enter it in the Proxy URL field.

Notes

• SOCKS proxies are generally recommended.
• Free proxies may be slow or stop working at any time.
• If a proxy does not work, try another one from the list.
• Some services may block public proxies.
