  1. feat(eai): add email functionality for office hours invitations 

    - Introduced multiple email templates for live office hours invitations, including fixed, front-compatible, and simple versions.
- Implemented utility functions for generating calendar links and ICS attachments for events.
- Created a new Inngest function to send office hours emails to purchasers, integrating event data and user information.
- Updated Inngest configuration to include the new email sending functionality.
- Added a local settings file for Claude permissions related to email functionalities.
