Overview

Gemiwi is an AI-first development workspace designed to help developers build, run, inspect, preview, and iterate on applications from a unified interface.

The platform combines AI interaction, build automation, workspace management, development tools, templates, integrations, package libraries, live activity monitoring, and application preview.

Quick Start

Installation

Terminal Execution

Prerequisites

  • Node.js 20+
  • npm or yarn
  • Git
  • Go 1.22+ (for backend agent)

Installation

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/Gemiwi/gemiwi.git
cd gemiwi

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Start development server
npm run dev -- --host 0.0.0.0

Open http://127.0.0.1:5173 in your browser.

Configuration

# Copy environment file
cp .env.example .env

# Edit with your credentials
nano .env
