tests(e2e): add a test for IdP export

This is probably already tested in the backend codebase, so maybe we don't even want to actually add a test for this to the e2e suite. That's a perfectly acceptable outcome! but we should look into what the risk is here and decide if we want this test or not–and if we do, we should implement it.
