You can't really dumb down building a piece of software end to end. It's going to require a fair bit of effort to learn. I can recommend his paid community for sure, but you don't have to go that route. Check Youtube, as there are at least 3 guides on how to use Archon. |

I've cloned the archon repo, made the supabase account, created the env, did the composer up.
Everything works, meaning i have the server up and running ... with no projects. I did create a new project from the archon's interface .. but that means nothing .. i just have that entry in there .. i don't understand what to do with it.
I've integrated the archon MCP with Gemini CLI and Claude Cli and with Kilo Code (extension) in VSCode. All 3 have the archon mcp listed as active ...
What know?
I don't understand at all how am i supposed to use this 'archon' with any of my projects.
I also don't understand where am I supposed to copy-paste those instructions for CLAUDE.MD and AGENTS.MD.
Can anyone dumb it down for me? Just imagine i cd into one of my projects and either 'code .' (to use with Kilo) or 'gemini' or 'claude' (to use their respective's clis).
How do i know make archon work with my project? How do i make archon's server detect my project?
