Data standards for CSV Schemas

Firstly I'd like to say your work on data standards and breaking down the barriers to its publication here looks fantastic.

Now my question; have you considered using any standards for representing the CSV schemas, and the requirements for datasets?

For example the W3C CSV on the web standard?
