More 503 errors

Seeing these 503 errors again, like #2994

I've been seeing a mix of 503s and 504s over the last 30 minutes. Something isn't happy.

A good few 503s again this morning.

I'm going to close this for now. We do still get some 503s, but it might be helpful to open tickets specific to 503 errors. Also, we'll be meeting up in person in one month to either fix the 503s or cause a lot more of them.
