Hi there,
While using GitHub daily, I noticed that some tooltips appear on non-interactive elements, for example, the pending badge on a pull request comment.
I am curious how this aligns with accessibility requirements such as WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.13: Content on Hover or Focus, which state that any content available on hover should also be available via keyboard.
Could you share the team's thinking on this? I would love to better understand the approach and learn from your perspective.
