Go to the main page of the repository. Click the "Watch" button in the top-right corner. Choose "All Activity". This will send notifications for new commits, pull requests, issues, and releases to your notifications inbox. The downside is that it can be very noisy for active repositories. 2. The RSS Feed (The Power-User Method)This is the best way to recreate your old commit feed, but it requires using an RSS reader (like Feedly, Inoreader, etc.). Every branch's commit history on GitHub has a hidden RSS feed. Go to the repository you want to track. Click on the "Commits" link to see the commit history. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar. It will look something like this: Simply add .atom to the end of that URL: Add this new URL to your favorite RSS reader. |

Tracking new commits to repositories you follow is very useful and a very important feature. Previously it was available on the feed. Then it was moved to the dashboard-feed. Now it is not available anymore.
Bring this feature back, instead of focusing on other useless features.
