Unable to raise an account related ticket

Hi,

I would like to raise an account related ticket but the category page doesn't take me anywhere but itself.

For 7 months now I do have a ticket open that has not even been read by github team, so if anyone would be able to escalate #3263511 that would certainly also help me.
