Please describe your Copilot billing, signup, or activation issue
Hello GitHub Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding my GitHub Copilot annual subscription.
I purchased a one-year GitHub Copilot subscription and successfully completed the payment. However, my subscription appears to have been canceled even though only about three months have passed since the purchase.
I have attached my payment receipt as proof of purchase.
As a customer, I expected to receive the full 12 months of service that I paid for. Since the subscription was terminated much earlier than the purchased period, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and explain why the cancellation occurred.
If this cancellation was made in error, I kindly request that my annual subscription be reinstated for the remaining period. If reinstatement is not possible, I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
