I am having the exact same issue, I have tried multiple times uploading my unofficial transcript that clearly has everything requested on it. It almost instantly gets rejected. What's worse is that the "issues to address" email is all completed so I don't know what I need to fix. |

Hi everyone,
Title: GitHub Student Developer Pack Reverification Rejected Multiple Times Despite Valid Student Documents
Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue with GitHub Student Developer Pack reverification and I am not sure what else to do.
I am currently an active university student and have been trying to complete the reverification process. However, my application has been rejected multiple times even though I have submitted valid documents.
Documents and information I have provided:
• Valid student ID card
• Recent fee receipt / proof of enrollment
• University-issued email address
• Verified school profile on GitHub
I carefully followed all the instructions and have resubmitted my application several times, but it continues to be rejected without a clear explanation of what is missing.
Things I have already tried:
• Uploaded clear photos/scans of my student ID card
• Uploaded a recent fee receipt as proof of enrollment
• Used my verified academic email address
• Confirmed that my institution is correctly recognized on GitHub
• Attempted multiple reverification submissions
• Tried reaching out through X (Twitter) but did not receive a response
My questions are:
I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from community members or GitHub staff.
Thank you.
