Hi everyone,

My request has now been denied several times, most recently without any explanation. I uploaded a document in which the director of the institution personally certifies that I work there as a teacher.
My name is clearly identifiable, my role as a teacher is clearly identifiable, the educational institution is clearly identifiable, the current date is included, and the text is available in both German and English. My name in my profile and in my billing infos is the same as the name on my document.
I’m starting to get desperate. What else can I do? Please recheck.

I'm having the same issue. Also, even though I've tried different documents, it says I'm trying to use a photo I've submitted previously.
