Hi everyone,
I’m writing this to see if anyone else is experiencing similar delays or has advice on how to get a reaction from the Sales team.
On May 18th, I tried to order 7 Copilot Business licenses via the Sales contact form (since self-registration was suspended). Despite responding to their initial follow-up questions immediately, I have heard nothing for four weeks.
I wasn't even provided with a ticket number, so I have no way to reference my inquiry.
While I understand there might be high demand due to the switch to token-based pricing, waiting over a month for a simple B2B purchase is unacceptable.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to accelerate this? Is there a specific contact or a "fast track" that I’m missing? Any advice on how to actually get someone to process an order would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Dirk
