When rendering an EPUB with large resources (e.g. Du côté de chez Swann), the navigator is particularly slow.
Even the text selection lags, which hints at the WebView not handling that many CSS columns.

One lead to improve things could be to disable preloading of the previous/next resources when a resource contains too many positions.
