Pull Request Overview
This PR refreshes the “How to start this exercise” instructions in the README and updates the exercise-toolkit workflow versions for starting and finishing the exercise.
- Rewrite the start-exercise section to use a badge, a collapsible “Having trouble?” block, and simplified instructions.
- Upgrade
skills/exercise-toolkitactions from v0.1.0 to v0.4.0 in both start and finish workflows.
